The Saskatoon Club is well known for its superb meals, impeccable service and tasteful decor.
Members use the Club as an ideal venue to entertain business associates, family and friends. From an executive luncheon, to a wedding reception, to a birthday celebration, to a business banquet, The Saskatoon Club can accommodate from 2 to 300 people in an assortment of private dining areas, lounges and conference rooms.
Private dining and meeting rooms are available at no charge to members.
Full catering and conference planning services are provided. The staff is pleased to assist you with all the fine details in arranging all your special events.

Rooms for the Perfect Occasion
If our rooms could talk, they would tell of some of the most historic meetings in the history of our city and province – of where great initiatives began, great partnerships and friendships were formed, and major agreements were reached. The experience of The Saskatoon Club is much more than rooms, of course. Our expert Executive Chef and professional service staff provide sumptuous fare for all occasions and times of day. The Club also has elevator and wheelchair access to all floors.
Library Dining Room
The Library offers Saskatoon’s most distinctive dining location, overlooking the famous 21 st Street streetscape. The warm décor is accented by walnut paneling, original art and a classic limestone fireplace. It provides the perfect atmosphere for a business or social meeting over breakfast, lunch or dinner, and is also one of our most popular venues for group dinners and receptions.

Main Dining Room
This large area on our main floor is capable of hosting a variety of different functions from dinners for 125 to receptions for over 200. The room is equipped with a public address system and hi-speed Internet access.

Main Floor Salons
The Club prides itself on its ability to service our members when it comes to day-to-day business. Our three main floor meeting salons are equipped with hi-speed Internet access, A/V screen, flipchart and whiteboard, and provide an excellent setting for productive meetings whether breakfast, lunch, dinner or all-day.

Upper Lounge
Located on the second floor, the Upper Lounge is a flexible meeting space accommodating groups of up to 75 for dinners and meetings, or for over 100 for reception-style events. Its moveable partitions allow for the room to be subdivided to accommodate breakout meetings. With its hi-speed Internet access and public address system the Upper Lounge is popular for formal presentations, then easily transforms into an after-meeting place with a large full-service bar.

Presidents Room
This impressive sun-drenched boardroom has beautiful views of the 21 st Street streetscape and the city’s river park. It boasts an elegant fireplace and displays portraits of all the past presidents of the Club dating back to 1907. It is the perfect place for business meetings, presentations and dinners. This flexible space also allows for functions accommodating up to 40 people when used in conjunction with the adjacent Sanford Room.

Sanford Room
Named after a noted bridge player and past president, this intimate space is perfect for small-scale meetings and meals. It is connected by folding French doors to the Presidents Room and is the perfect complement when used as a breakout space or to expand the seating capacity.

Audio Visual Services
The Club is equipped with a variety of A/V aids (much of which is supplied on a complimentary basis) including: digital projection, Polycom conference telephone, wireless microphones, both wireless and hardwired internet access, Video conferencing, projection screens, flipcharts, podiums and whiteboards.
